I am originally from Italy. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Naples Federico II, where I specialized in quantitative ecology and ecological modeling, with a focus on ancient environments and conservation paleobiology applications. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture at Mississippi State University, where my research centers on developing novel methods for quantifying spatial patterns in forest landscapes and assessing their impacts on wildlife populations.

My research interests cover the implications of spatial and temporal patterns on ecological processes and the conservation of ecological systems obtained through landscape management and rewilding. In addition to my academic work, I am passionate about wildlife photography and hiking, which allow me to further engage with the natural environments I study.
