Hi, my name is Rishita Garg, I am from India, and I am an International Grad student at Mississippi State. I have a B.S. degree in Geography and an M.S. degree in Geoinformatics. I obtained both from India. I have a vast background in geospatial applications and Remote Sensing.

At Mississippi state I am pursuing Computational Engineering and I am also working as a part of the development team for the CRP Menu project which is a decision support web tool for farmers to enroll in various cropping practices which help the farmers as well as the environment. My responsibilities for the project include GIS operations and Geospatial Modeling which can the tool better and more efficient. I love my work and I am super excited to be here. I cannot wait to use and apply my previous knowledge and all the new things I learn for my research work.
